Shipping & Returns

Your shirt does not exist yet. It gets made after you click, and here is what happens next.

Getting it to you

• Delivery area: we ship to United States addresses and nowhere else for now.
• Price: $5 flat for the whole order, or nothing at all once your order hits $75.
• Timing: allow 3 to 7 business days for us to make it, plus a few days on the truck. Embroidery and the December rush run a bit longer.
• Tracking: a tracking e-mail lands in your inbox when the box leaves. A two-item order might arrive in two boxes, which gives you something to argue about.

If something is off

Since each item is made just for you, we cannot take it back because the size was a guess or your partner already bought one. So peek at the size table before ordering.

A smudged print, a damaged box or the wrong shirt is on us. Send your order number and a photo to sales@one-stop.com within 30 days and pick either a free replacement or your money back.

Changing your mind

Our printers move fast. Write to us straight away and we will try to catch the order before it is made.

Tax

Orders delivered to Ohio pay Ohio sales tax.
